Jerry Garcia also had some unrecorded bluegrass bands (pre Grateful Dead)
including the Black Mountain Boys and the Asphalt Jungle Mountain Boys.
Members of these (and maybe other) bluegrass bands included Jody Stecher,
Sandy Rothman, Eric Thompson, David Nelson.
