THREE BEAN BEEF STEW

INGREDIENTS: 

1 lb. sirloin tips or stew meat, cut into 1" or smaller chunks, with excess fat removed.
One onion -diced
One bell pepper -diced
White Vinegar - a dash
Fennel seed -a dash
Garlic powder or minced garlic - a dash
Cumin - a dash
Curry powder -a dash
Brown sugar -about a cup loosely packed
Canned Three Bean Salad -one 15 oz. can
Tomato Sauce - one 15 oz. can
Creamed sweet corn -one 15 oz. can
Salt and Pepper to taste

COOKING:  Best when cooked in a cast iron pot.

Brown meat in small amount of cooking oil with fennel seed and pepper to  season.
Add diced onion and bell pepper, followed by a strong dash of white vinegar.
Stir until onions turn clear, adding garlic, curry and cumin.
Stir in brown sugar.
Add three bean salad, tomato sauce, and corn, and salt to taste.
Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 min.
